Why is it that Abraham's obeying God to sacrifice his son is ok with some, but Witnesses obeying God is not ok?

Did God allow Abraham to murder his son at his own hand? Right...And is there anywhere in the Bible where it specifically states that man should not allow medical attention by a Physician??? Right...The verse that Witnesses are interpreting are misrepresenting that statement....they are wrong....
