How do I get over my fear of needles?

Today I am getting bloodwork done to see if I have hypoglycemia because I faint and get dizzy and get hungry ALOT. Anyway, I am terrified of being jabbed with a needle!! If hurts and I get finicky when they take blood!! I'm only 13 and I've had like 3 IVs af once but I'm still afraid if those scary needles!! I usually cry and act like a baby!! It's embarring!! Can someone plz help me! How can I stop being afraid of them?!
