Give the gift of insult?

My friend wants to give an insulting gift to someone who insulted her in front of her entire staff. My friend was discussing with another the possibility of her having more children in the future. Her co-worker/ex-sister-in-law jumped into the conversation and said " you may want to rethink that because your baby has a big head and ears like yours. Also, shouldn't you and my brother go on the Maury show to make sure it's his baby?" She is giving her a gift for christmas and wants to think of a gift that will insult her. Keep in mind that the ex-sister-in-law is only 17. She is very skinny and she thinks she's the most beautiful thing in the world. Your ideas are greatly appreciated!
