What I did was stupid, so what's going to happen?

I have major issues with stress, and don't deal with it very well. A couple minutes ago I literally chugged a can of beer with three advils. I'm only 14 and weigh about 108 lbs. How sick will I get? Is there anything I can do to not feel sick
