Does 7 piercings make me look trashy?

I'm 15 and i have my two holes on my ear lobes and my cart ledge pierced 3 times. My moms mad because i have 7 holes in my ears but i want my nose done really bad but shes dead set on no to that. I was thinking about getting my targus done but everyone says it hurts, but i really want another piercing preferably in my ear. Any suggestions? thanks
