How do I change a window motor and regulator from a 1991 jaguar xj6 sovereign?

Hey I recently bought a 1991 jaguar xj6 and everything was working fine until my penger rear window didnt wanna go up anymore..sucks but I was trying to look to see a way to take off the door in order to see if the motor is stuck or anything but I cant find a way to open the door panels...does anybody know how to take them off??? plz I need to fix the window before it starts to rain thanks
