Why is there no accountability in Bush's Military?

Oh, you had to go there, Why is there no accountability in the whole damn administration? Why isn't congress being held accountable for not doing their job? Why isn't the rest of the government accountable for conspiring with the war criminals? This is exactly how the Nazi's started.
