Is there an OBGYN on the page? IF your a NOT dont read I'm embared even asking...?

I'm 3hrs away from home and my doctor and I dont want to have her paged at night if I'm not in a serious dilema. I had a baby 4 months ago. My husband and I were intimate around 6am this morning. When we ended there was blood. I figured my menstrual cycle had started. Inserted a tampon at 6pm right before we went swimming. It was a small tampax Compact lil one. When we got back I went to remove it and could not find the string. But was pullin on what I thought was the tampon... it wasnt. Its tissue... like my own tissue, its right on the inside of the opening of my . Its rigidy, pinkish red and goes all around the opening creating like a jagged rigid opening. It doesnt feel like a straight shot back when i inserted my fingers. When I spoke to a nurse she said I probably lost my tampon in the hot tub or while swimming. THATS MORTIFYING. But the tissue isnt painful I'm still bleeding normaly (on a pad) when i touch the tissue it dsnt hurt. I feel pressure when I tried to pull it...
