Why can't Africans run countries?

Well it did take European nations centuries to get their houses in order, so a few decades is not necessarily that much. But yes the African nations to need to pull their fingers out and start really trying to sort things out. Too much corruption and not enough organisational skills to combat it. It is not an easy thing to fix. Plus the sparse resources don't help.
