My small doxi mix is gulping her food till she chokes?

i ahve a doxi chihua mix she is such a sweet dog 1 year 9 months/ she fallows all comands, but when it comes to feeding her she tries to eat the whole bolw at once. I give her dry foos only, I ahve tried to use a LARGER BOWL to seperate the food I have fed her bit by bit she just wont chew her food even though she knows how what can i do??
