Is it possible jesus was a reincarnated from buddha?

Ok so I am a Catholic and I wanted to see why people where converting to Buddhism.So I did some research on the whole buddha thing and I could not help recognizing some striking similarities!But the biggest similarity was the night before buddha died he/she said "I will find the truth" and the night before jesus died he said"I am the truth"(Buddhism started 1005 years before catholicism).I am now studying if Jesus/Buddha could of came back in any other form in religious stories.So if my theory is correct jesus next coming will be in a different form.But I am not going to actually start my own religion until I see what people think and find some more evidence.
