How do I get boys' attention?

I have a friend who is like a shining ball brighter that the sun to the guys around. She's perfect with an hour-gl shape and long brown hair and she's cute. I have a little shape and blond hair. And I'm single and not guys in my cl like me, i don't think. Only older high-schooler guys seem to notice me. I'm in eighth grade. I'm not a weird person and I'm not fat or over-weight or anything? How do i meet some new guys? : \
