How can RBC has antibody against antigen A or antigen B which it never faces before blood transfusion ?? ?

The IgM and IgG antibodies involved in the ABO system are considered to be naturally occurring. It is believed that they in develop in utero secondary to exposure to antigens found on normal intestinal bacteria. Continual exposure to intestinal flora throughout life maintains high plasma antibody levels.
