I think I'm crazy, I feel high all the time?

You can get help, despite your parents' objections, by going to your school counselor, who can see you and make a referral to the school psychologist. In most states, there is a limited amount of counseling which can occur without parental consent. If the counselor and psychologist determine that you have a mental illness and provide this information to your parents, I would hope they would act on it. If they do not, the counselor would have grounds for hotlining the situation for medical neglect.
