Does your baby like the Gerber meats that comes in those little jars?

My 8 month old hates those (all kinds) and gave me funny faces and it was a waste of money ($1.25 each). I tasted those myself and YUCK! She likes the ones that is mixed with vegetables (her favorite is chicken and rice, turkey and sweet potatoes, chicken noodle, turkey and rice, beef and rice, beef and vegetables, etc. Did you have the same experience?
