Whats healthcare like in the United States?

Micheal Moor is an idiot. Most people in our country have insurance and the coverage is pretty good, of course there are some who do not have insurance some cant afford it some just refuse to pay for it. Either way anyone can walk into an emergency room and recieve medical treatment.
