What's wrong with my phone?

Okay, I have the Palm Centro, and for the past couple days the on's response has lowered and lowered! Now, none of the ons work, except for the middle on! Not even the keypad works. And also, when someone calls, it answers but I can't hear anything the other person is saying! What's happened to my phone? Might I have to get a new one?
