What exactly are A and B antigens, are they stonger than O Blood?

I read that A and B antigens are pretty much certain antibodys for your immune system. So what's the difference between A and B and if you have O type blood would that mean you have a weaker immune system because you don't have these antibodies? And also whats the difference between - and +
