Was the recent Gaza Macre a 'Genocide'?

I would call the years long siege or blockade of Gaza an act of genocide by Israel against the Gazan people. Add to this the continued occupation and colonization of the West Bank and you have genocide against the Palestinian people.I would call the recent macre an act of collective punishment which, by the way, is also criminal per the Geneva Conventions. Sadly the people of Gaza were collectively punished for resisting genocide.
