Purging! Dentist! Help!!!!!!?

My moms sending me to the dentist. I've been purging! And i havnt really taken great care of my teeth, I mean i brush them twice a day. But not after purging, because its just the food that comes up, and i can feel that no bile comes up. But will the dentist be able to know? Oh my god. Im freaking out please help???!!!
