One more kitty question?

okay, my cat has been eating about 3 times her weight, sleeping a lot, breathing heavily, she's looking thin, having bad diarrhea, she had kittens last month, and she has a horrible odor coming from her l area. I checked to make sure her cat food wasn't recalled, it wasn't. This just began about a week ago. Any suggestions as to what it may be? I thought it sounded a little like tapeworm but theres not vomit or scooting occuring. I intend on getting her to the vet by next Wednesday but until then I'm worried. Just lookin for some answers
