Is it a bad thing if my baby is developing a little early?

My little girl Lulu was born on February 15th this year, a little less than a month early because my due date was March 11th. About a week ago, I saw her flipping over for the first time and pulling herself up and holding her head up when she lays on her tummy. A few days ago, she's started biting me with a teeny little tooth growing at the bottom. I feed her and give her a little bit of step 1 Gerber to make sure she has all the nutrition she needs. Is she a little early in her growth and does that signal a bad thing?
