Dream interpretation! Really scary dream!!?

okay so it was night time and I was with my friend and she had a secret second home which we were going to stay the night at (her parents were away). Anyway we were driving around and there were heaps of buses driving round (with there interior lights on so I could see the bus drivers). We saw where a whole heap of buses were parked and went over to a big dumpster bin was and spilling out of it was dead babies (with a green tinge to there skin and had stitches everywhere) and there were baby body parts lying everywhere blood was pouring out of some of them (there blood was different colours as well). There were also needles and like surgical equipment around them. We left to go back to the house and as we were a bus went past us and there were three guys in the bus, one driving the bus, one sitting next to the bus driver and one standing in the middle of them pointing at us (this was weird because I could see there faces sooo clearly and usually I don't see faces clearly in dreams). We got home safely but then my friends parents came home (to the secret house) and we were just trying to hide form them. THE END it's pretty random but I don't know what any of this dream means. Please help, this was definately one of the clearest dreams I've had and haven't forgotten about. (Happened at the start of the year - Feb)
