Chronic pain just bellow sternum...have any idea what it could be???

Sounds a lot like I felt before my gall bladder almost ruptured. No one has to tell you to see a doctor if that's what it is. One day you'll simply scream in agony and call 911 yourself. You'll feel like you swallowed a basketball that's on fire.
